Visited Nahdi Mandi Restaurant outlet in Madiwala on 27.07.2025 around 9:30 PM. The place was super crowded, with people waiting both inside and outside. I gave my name and waited for my turn, as they follow a first-come-first-serve system. We got seat by 10:15pm. We ordered Chicken Iranian Mandi and Arabian Mutton Mandi 😋— both were delicious and served very quickly despite the rush. The rice was flavourful, the meats were juicy, and the portion sizes were good. We ended our meal with a Kunafa, which was creamy and absolutely delightful.👌 However,🥺 I did face a disappointing moment during the dinner. While having the Mutton Mandi, I found a short hair in the masala. I informed a waiter in a brown uniform who just casually said, “It happens,” 🙄 and ignored it. I then informed a lady staff member who passed it on to the person who served us, but he too ignored it without any apology. I didn’t escalate it further as it felt like this kind of thing might be common there, which was unfortunate.😤 Overall, the food was great, but the hygiene issue and poor staff response were disappointing. Worth trying once, but not really worth waiting an hour for. Giving 4 stars only for the food.

They have a unique way of preparing the food mostly like arabic and kerala style. The food will be on a sweeter note. 90% of the items on the menu is non vegitarian and is not suggested for the pure vegitarians. I have tried vegitarian food and although we dont have much to order from veg menu, the food is tastier. The ambience is excellent. They have dedicated rooms where people can sit on floor and have their food on a table in arab style. They have limited parking place for customer cars.

One of the best mandi experience I ever had. Went twice on weekends and the place is packed with crowds, which speaks volumes of the delicious food that awaits. And it delivers. Every dish was sumptuous - mutton juicy and soft, chicken tender and delicious, and kunafa decadent with cheese and sugar syrup. What follows this will be a heartful sleep. Highly recommend this and it exceeds all expectations.

I recently tried their Mandi and it was a decent experience. The chicken and mutton pieces were tender and juicy, and the soup was really good. However, the rice could have been more flavorful. Also, it didn't come with the usual dry fruits and onions that I'm used to in a Mandi combo. Despite that, the food was overall good and the Majlis seating area was a nice touch. Worth checking out if you're a Mandi fan!
