My complex has been with Gold for almost a year and the difference between Gold and our previous management company is incomparable. Ken Gasse, Mike McMullen and Vicki Gallagher are fantastic to work with. As a board member, it's refreshing to have people who listen to our concerns and allows the board to see all financials every month. Their communication is top notch. Also, if Ken is not available, another property manager is available to answer questions and assist us.

As a new community we interviewed many property management companies before selecting Gold Property Mgmt. Their focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail has been better than expected. Vicki & James are responsive & do all the heavy lifting leaving Trustees to approve final decisions. As a Trustee, selecting Gold Property Management was one of the best decisions we have made & we look forward to a long relationship
