Ken Gasse, Mike McMullen and Vicki Gallagher are fantastic to work with. As a board member, it's refreshing to have people who listen to our concerns and allows the board to see all financials every month. Their communication is top notch. Also, if Ken is not available, another property manager is available to answer questions and assist us.
