Namaste Studio

Namaste studio has helped me achieve better physical health and mobility. The instructors of this studio know how and work to provide the modifications necessary to allow yoga practice if you have any limitations. They have provided so much wellness beyond my recent physical therapy. PT concentrated on the injured body part not the whole body which yoga provides me. I am someone who came to practicing yoga later in life and found that it has given me tools for personal growth, better sleep, and mindfulness to my thoughts and how they affect my daily life. Through workshops, classes, and retreats, I have met new friends and had the chance for wonderful travel experiences. I am continually excited to see what new things they have to offer!

Namaste Studio offers a wide selection of classes to fit every need. Yoga helps with flexibility, balance, strength, and piece of mind. Jessica( the owner) and the rest of the instructors are knowledgeable and effective in helping every yoga attendee, sometimes offering personal adjustments, If you are new or have been attending for awhile, the classes also offer a great feeling of camaraderie.

Namaste Studios offers a great variety of classes and workshops to fit all skill levels and schedules. I love all the classes from Slow and Gentle to Heated. I also highly recommend the workshops that are offered as Jessica is a great teacher and I learn so much that I apply to my everyday practice. Laurel is so lucky to have our own Yoga studio!
