Nicole LaPointeWe found this vet after our kitten had a freak accident and ripped her side open. The emergency vet was closed and no one would take her. Thank god for this incredible veterinary clinic for taking her in for emergency surgery that morning! After having such an amazing experience with them (so kind, helpful and caring) we officially switched to them as our full time vet! Best decision we made! Our girl is happy, healthy and fully healed <3

My dog has been very scared at vet hospitals and the whole team including doctor Sam has been open to working with my dog to build a positive experience every time we go in. This has been the only local vet hospital I was able to get in for an emergency. Warning for reactive dog owners there is only one entrance door, may want to go in without the pup and check if any dogs are present > the waiting are is close to the entrance and its a tighter space, we did not see any side entrance. :) Overall great experience and we will be switching to this hospital for all of our regular visits, even though we live right across from Chase river veterinary hospital, under 2min walking. You can tell who knows how to and wants to work on improving the dogs experience at the hospital.
