I hadn’t cut or professional colored my hair in 11 years before I visited this salon. The stylist I worked with (Christy) was personable and down-to-earth while helping me to achieve my hair goals! Review Edit: On the 20th of June I called to do a touch-up on my highlights and tone my hair as a last minute appointment. I hung up so quick I couldn’t even find who made my appointment because the reception was so overtly rude. I asked her to confirm who would be handling my appointment, she snarkily told me “I already told you Christy at 1!” (She didn’t even tell me the appointment time and admitted she just jumped into booking me, rather than confirming a stylist or time). When I told her I just wanted a tone and to correct my highlights I said “that’s about all!”, reception laughed rudely and said “Yeah well that’s a process.” As if I had never had my hair done before lol. Also, I bailed on a balayage appointment at Nancy’s because their stylist told me I’d need to bring breakfast lunch and possibly dinner. Lol. I would have used this salon as my regular, I’ve returned once since my original review. I won’t be back. I called an inclusive salon who not only could fit me in at the same time as Nancy’s, but who achieved my hair goal in 4 hours beautifully and it was in fact, a balayage. And no, I didn’t have to bring meals. 🤣 also my Demi-permanent hair dye washed out of my hair before 2 and a half weeks and yes, I know how to care for color. Would happily hand a different salon more money for a more inviting environment. This was overall disappointing after my first experiences with this salon.

Today I went there for my hair cut.. One of friend recommended this salon.. They are really nice.. Christy did my hair trimmed and she is really nice.. I am fully satisfied..

Super friendly and fun stuff. Hairdresser listened to my wants, needs, and offered different styles for my super baby fine hair. I went in my the salon looking like Medusa and left looking like a million bucks. The only down side I didn’t care for was the choice of music while getting serviced. While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with Christian/gospel music, I felt bad for the staff having to listen to that day in and day out everyday all day. I like a variety of songs myself and I felt like I needed to receive the Eucharist before I left.
