Very clean. Plenty of seats. Only option was takeaway on the order screen, so when I went to the counter, I explained I couldn't carry the food (on walking sticks) and they then took it to our table.

I felt like this was a good mcdonalds. When we visited it was clean, but fairly busy - the collection site does get very busy so best to go just before lunch. Food was ordered was fine, warm, standard Mcdonalds. Couldn't complain.

The worst Mcdonald's I've ever encountered in any country. While the food had a litany of errors and quality issues, the service from the supposed manager on duty is what really made the place terrible. The manager is clearly of the opinion that the customer is always wrong, that service should be slow, that food should be below Mcdonald's standard and generally that he would not live up to any of the requirements of a Mcdonald's site. My primary concerns were missing pickles on a burger and very small quantities of smarties on a flurry. On asking to confirm that there was the correct amount of smarties the manager immed became snarky and refused to even consider looking in to it or to actually look at the product. Filthy store, rubbish everywhere, bins out of service, bin juices dripped from one side to the other across the floor. All of that could possibly have been excused if the manager had even a vague understanding of customer service.

2024 update: visit with friend, where I ordered a vegan McPlant burger (made with pea protein) meal with fries and a coffee. All were great options to get, the flat white was excellent value for money. My meat-eating friend had a burger, with fries and a coffee. We were a bit puzzled that the meat burgers only came with cold drinks if you chose a meal. My friend ordered their burger, chips and drink separately so they could get a coffee too. We visited late, about 6 - 7 on a Friday. The shop itself seemed busy so I opted to eat in the almost empty food court area opposite. WARNING - the touch screen order points are still unreliable for physical order tickets. Always make a note of your Order No when it flashes up on screen, as you may not get a paper receipt. I've taken off one star for that, as it's a long standing but irritating issue. I know I'd be upset if I didn't know my order no because of that issue.
