As a visiting American finally going for a 'cheeky Nandos' wasn't what I thought it would be. I expected more fast food, take away sort of thing. I wasn't unpleased with the experience though. I found Nandos to be a middle ground between nice & casual, quick service/sit down style. Pros - Nice atmosphere, particular location had cheerful helpful staff Many flavor options, juicy chicken. Preferred it on the burger end. Free soda refills (typical murican I know) Variety on menu between grab bites or more restaurant dishes Cons - Price, perhaps because I expected a cheap-eatery A couple of the foods I had (halloumi mainly) were overpowered with a charred flavor, it was a little off putting.

Ordered through Deliveroo, order came & were missing a couple of things! Contacted nandos they told us we had to go through Deliveroo for any queries (shock!!!) rang Yeovil Nandos store hoping for some advice & assistance, manager Hannah was extremely rude putting all the blame on Deliveroo when they are the ones who are packing the bag so it’s clearly her staff who are getting things wrong! Missing item was on our receipt so there’s no excuses!! Maybe rather than putting the blame on the Deliveroo drivers & being rude to customers on the phone look at your own staff!

Wow, what a taste sensation! I am a veggie so to have some super tasty food in a restaurant is such a bonus. I have tried the great immitator & the hullomi and mushroom Pitta, both a tasty experience. Got to love a cheeky nandos, toilets are awesome , atmosphere great. Love it ❤️

Awful and no help from the staff here after ordering from deliveroo they forget olives at £9.50 and say to contact deliveroo to then them saying well nandos packed the bag so it's not our issue yet nandos can't issue a refund or a discount for our next order so we lose the money. Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Wont be bothering again never had a problem with any other nandos before.
