This review is long overdue! I want to give a shout out to Jamie from Pure Magic Vacations. I contacted Jamie in the Fall of 2024, as I was interested in planning a Disneyland Family Vacation in 2025. She responded promptly and answered my many questions from when would be the best time for our family to travel, accommodations, lightning lane passes, character visits, restaurants and more. Our email conversations went on for several months as it took some time to nail down a date that would accommodate my family's schedule. Jamie was very patient and definitely laid out the best travel itinerary possible for us. I was very satisfied with her service, knowledge, experience and professionalism. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip and reschedule at a later date due to unforeseen circumstances. I very much appreciated Jamie's work and assistance. I would highly recommend her to family and friends to plan a Disney Vacation and contact her for my own future Disney trips.

My trip itself was good. I did alot of research prior. And agent was helpful in planning 2 families vacations, and responded extremely quick through the planning process. However it seemed like once I paid for the trip and they got my money the agent wasn't as quick to respond or would not respond at all to me. Also was told I would recieve things that never happened either. This is what reflects my rating. My next vacation I will either do it myself or find another agency.
