John is a lifesaver! Thanks to him, I was able to drop off my stuff earlier this weekend. He’s really friendly, fun, and kind. He even came to fix the light bulb and fan filter on Sunday and answered all my questions. He told me to ask him anytime if I have any questions or issues, which makes me feel really reassured. Rented from District Realty for over 2.5 years and had a very pleasant experience. The entire leasing process was very seamless and straightforward, which helped me pick the perfect apartment to suit my needs. The building (170 Metcalfe) I stayed at was also very well managed and maintained throughout my stay, ensuring positive experience for all tenants. All the common areas were well kept, and throughly cleaned on a regular basis. Particularly, I wanted to shout-out and thank my superintendent John. During my stay, any time I had maintenance issues or concerns, John (the superintendent) was very knowledgable and helpful in helping me fix or repair anything, and addressing any concerns I had in a very timely and efficient manner. John also went above and beyond to ensure my move-in/move out process was as seamless as possible. Overall, I highly recommend renting with District Realty and would definitely rent from them again.

Horrible company. Will let employees enter apartments without notice and make excuses for them. And then blame YOU if you were sleeping in bed naked when they enter your apartment AND bedroom without notice.
