Nathan’s Creations were a joy to work with. Nathan the owner explained the whole process to us and helped with the design of our bathroom. The bathroom turned out beautifully. It was a great addition to the man cave. I would highly recommend him for any project you might have in mind

We saw work Nathan had done at a neighbor’s house, met him, talked with him about a kitchen project for us and hired him. Our project was done 1.5 days earlier than expected and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We found Nathan to be personable, highly skilled, communicative, efficient and experienced. He painted our oak cabinets white and has developed a professional process to get the job done beautifully. He turned our hall closet into a walk-in pantry and reconfigured the upper cabinets. With his expertise at dry wall and mudding, you can’t even tell where the closet door was. We liked that one person, with his young assistants, handled the project without bringing in subs. There was an unanticipated hiccup at the end. Nathan responded immediately to our text and kept his word to come early the next morning to take care of it. We haven’t experienced that kind of response and accountability from others in the past. We found it refreshing and honorable. The before and after pictures were taken by Nathan. The island countertop was installed by the fabricators and certainly completes the project to make it gorgeous. We are grateful.

Nathan Poulakos took $26,000 from us and lied to us for nearly a year. Never ordered any materials. Never did any work. Then when we asked for our deposit back he made up excuses to extend the start date. That date came and went so we sent him a legal notice with demand to return our deposit. He told us he doesn’t have the money any more, but he’s sorry. Then we gave him nearly 6 months to repay us. Excuse after excuse. The the police gave him even more time to come up with at least SOME money. Nothing. Then he put his giant camper up for sale for 3x the amount of any similar camper. And his motorcycle, again for 3x the price of any similar motorcycle. And he also put his shoes up for sale, for more than anybody else is selling the same shoes for. From the pictures we can count more than 40 pairs of Nike’s. He has no intentions of selling anything, not for the prices he has them at. He has no intentions of paying us back. Or the other people he’s ripped off. THEN, his llc has been dissolved, so he’s not a ‘business’ anymore. He has no insurance for his work. He owes $200,000 in a civil lawsuit he lost, didn’t even bother to show up to court for it. WE energies sued him for nearly $20 grand. He maxed out his wife’s credit cards and got sued for that by the card companies. And he has a tax warrant against him because he doesn’t pay his taxes.
