If you need to buy or sell in Edmonton or area, I highly recommend Nathan Lorenz based on our wonderful experience with him selling ours in Stony Plain. We were referred to Nathan to help us sell our condo and had never worked with him before. Upon meeting him, we were immediately impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Nathan listened to how we thought was best to present the property and regarding pricing, and then also provided some suggestions and advice based on other recent sales and his research about similar condos that had sold recently or were also on the market. He allowed us to completely define the sale and was in no way pushy. The ad Nathan created was wonderfully descriptive and the photography of the condo was terrific. The photos were of the condo empty of furniture, so Nathan had a second set of photos also included using computerized additions of furniture in the space to show what it could look like filled. We believe the ad really showed the property in its best light and it certainly stood out among all of the others on the market at the same time. The condo sold very quickly, at near our asking price. Nathan made the subsequent paperwork and back and forth with the buyers very simple, and was on top of it every step of the way. Nathan was originally my realtor last year when I was looking for a house. My dad is a tough cookie in general but nathan was ready to go with the answers. He was very responsive with setting up open houses and sending potential options based off of the criteria I shared. He was super patient and nice as well.
