I can’t stress enough that the front desk staff needs better training or a complete revision. You are the front line for patients. I am frustrated and disappointed with the experience I've had at this center. Each time I've called, I've been met with rudeness and a lack of interest from the front desk staff. It's really discouraging and has made me decide to not move forward with a provider within this clinic. I've also read other reviews that suggest the providers might not be much better either way. If there are any caring providers here, I wish they would find a place where their dedication would be better appreciated.

Everyone here hates their jobs. The front desks . The call center . No matter who it is they all have attitudes to do their jobs . None of the departments can communicate efficiently with each other . Go somewhere that you matter , treats everyone like a bother .

This hospital is the best. They know when a person is in need and are willing to do everything they can to help you. I came in with a serious burning patch, they saw my case and even though they don't have urgent care, they took me in quickly and did everything really fast and effectively for me; it was the best experience. Thanks again everyone

I can never reach them! They have a phone system that doesn’t work and instantly hangs up! I call 3x time today! Everytime I call it’s the same thing ! This is ridiculous. What’s going with the phones??
