Professional. Courteous. Outstanding. We have been customers for over 20 years and have appreciated all of our technicians. Kevin is absolutely the best!! Kevin texts with enough days notice, is always prompt and polite, and services the property thoroughly. He is friendly and gets the job done right! Don't listen pests & bugs---I don't want to jinx it--but this is the best it's been since we moved here.
Well, well, well!!! What I thought I was getting when I switched a year ago was a locally owned and customer centric / focused pest control company. The sales rep totally sold me on their termite protection and I paid in advance for a 1 year term. When my next invoice was due I paid it well in advance. During that time I fully expected to get a call from National to schedule a check of my bait traps. A month goes by and no call. Another month goes by and still no call. So, I called them to find out what was going on and to schedule an inspection. What I got instead was an excuse that they were down a technician and it would be September before I'd see a technician! Fully 3 months after my 1 year termite term was up. I was so disappointed and angry that no one thought that it would be worth a call to at least keep me informed. So very disappointed in the service I've gotten this far from what I had heard was a locally owned company that truly cared about its customers.
Technician Jeremy does an excellent job. Excellent customer service. He communicates with scheduling and adjust with customer’s schedule with no issues. Office staff has good customer service.
