Lewis CooperWell, well, well!!! What I thought I was getting when I switched a year ago was a locally owned and customer centric / focused pest control company. The sales rep totally sold me on their termite protection and I paid in advance for a 1 year term. When my next invoice was due I paid it well in advance. During that time I fully expected to get a call from National to schedule a check of my bait traps. A month goes by and no call. Another month goes by and still no call. So, I called them to find out what was going on and to schedule an inspection. What I got instead was an excuse that they were down a technician and it would be September before I'd see a technician! Fully 3 months after my 1 year termite term was up. I was so disappointed and angry that no one thought that it would be worth a call to at least keep me informed. So very disappointed in the service I've gotten this far from what I had heard was a locally owned company that truly cared about its customers.
