Customer experiences
I received treatment at National Hospital Chittagong and had a good experience. The doctors were attentive, the environment was clean, and the staff were very supportive. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service.
National Hospital's advanced quality and service has become famous among the people of Chittagong by providing good medical treatment to the people. InshaAllah National Hospital will stand with its head held high in the hearts of the entire Bangladesh. Good medical treatment is to be by the side of the poor and the suffering. Unity, efficiency, morality. Always maintaining it for the people and patients. I love you from the bottom of my heart.
This is the worst hospital in Chittagong. This hospital ruined my life. I'm a thalassemia patient, and I was admitted to this hospital’s emergency department because of an allergic reaction during a blood transfusion. My condition was quite serious. In the emergency room, they gave me a lot of injections, yet my situation wasn’t improving. Later, I was shifted to a cabin. Somehow, the night passed. In the morning, my condition became extremely serious, so a doctor or nurse—I don’t remember exactly—gave me an injection. After that injection, I started vomiting continuously. I vomited at least 8 to 9 times. And suddenly, while vomiting, I lost my hearing. At that time, since my condition was critical due to the allergic reaction in my blood, my hearing loss wasn’t given much importance. But it was definitely the hospital’s fault. They treated me wrongly. Later, I was shifted to the ICU. I was there for at least 5 to 6 days, but there was no improvement. They even told my family that I had only 48 hours left and might not survive. So, my family transferred me to another hospital—Parkview Hospital. There, I was in the ICU for a week, and slowly my condition started to improve. Within a few days, I was discharged. I was extremely weak, but I was out of danger. If my family hadn’t shifted me to the other hospital in time, I would have died. This National Hospital ruined my life. They damaged my hearing so badly that now I have to get a cochlear implant, which is extremely expensive. This hospital should pay for it. It’s been a year since I had to pause my studies. I’m not able to do anything. Living a normal life without hearing is extremely difficult. National Hospital is the worst hospital in Chittagong. They can only treat patients with fever or cough. This hospital is not equipped for patients in critical condition.
One of the Best Hospital In Chittagong, Bangladesh.. There are many professional doctor, They are appointed here for treatment of patients. However that treatment depend upon lab diagnostic report... How much you get better treatment depend upon test from report of lab.
