This company is disaster, specially front desk girl Manpreet, donut know how to speak with people and attempted multiple calls but no response. nothing good to work with this company.

I was hired by Natt this year. I completed four trips from Toronto to Surrey to Washington and back. During one delivery, my teammate accidentally broke a seal outside the building, which led to a misunderstanding with the receiver. Although the load was intact, there was a discrepancy in the skid count. Despite our efforts to clarify, Natt company accused us of theft. I sent them proof of complete pallet count and receiver’s signed POD stating that the load is untouched and complete. Despite facing challenges, we completed the trip back to Toronto. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company for work, they did not respond. Upon reviewing my payroll, I discovered charges for a flat tire incurred on my way back to Toronto, an incident beyond my control. I was unfairly charged $177, as was my teammate, with an additional $100 each. This total of $554 should not have been the responsibility of the driver unless negligence was involved. Additionally, the company has yet to reimburse me for $42 worth of DEF and US $31 border fees, a sign of their lack of concern. As of HR and dispatch I have no clue what they think of drivers. Also Manpreet Gill thinks out of box and the box is called sanity: Having 160 drivers doesn’t mean that Natt is a good company especially when you keep hiring new drivers and kicking old ones out monthly without reason. They should be working to make cross border access effortless but they seem to be running in the wrong direction (unpaid border fees, problem getting ACE on time) Such issues should be a red flag for anyone considering any opportunities within this company.

On 21st-Sep-2022, the unmindful Driver of your company come to our warehouse for delivering stuff which we were being waiting for long time and Operater of truck “4002” and White coloured. As i clicked photos of his truck to remember the model and colour. He was missing some of his Bill of lading, i said him to provide me all Bill’s but he start arguing with us and shouting in our property as we were polite and i think he was in mode of hitting us. “Buddy if you don’t like you job just change it, let us do our job properly. Never giving business to this company anymore👎.
