We had an amazing experience working with Tom Pitzer and the rest of the Schlichter team! We moved to Colorado from New York and had limited insight on where we wanted to live. We worked with Tom over the course of a year to narrow down neighborhoods that we would be interested in. Tom was always available to talk on the phone or meet us at open houses and it was always helpful to hear his perspective on a neighborhood or house. Once we decided to put the offer in on a house, Tom was very helpful in being strategic throughout the offer process, leading us to submit the winning offer. Tom was also extremely helpful throughout the closing process - It was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to expect, but Tom held our hands every step of the way. Casey helped my husband and I purchase our first home and she was wonderful to work with! With so little knowledge in this space, we leaned on Casey to help us make decisions on how quickly to see houses, when to put in offers, etc. she was so incredibly knowledgeable and available to us. We saw the house we purchased twice and Casey was incredibly patient as we stood there for two hours contemplating our offer. Casey was available to us literally around the clock, never leaving us without an answer and always leaving us feeling confident we were moving in the right direction. David Schlichter, as well as Tom Pitzer and the rest of the Schlichter Team, made my real estate transactions so easy and stress free. The team went above and beyond my expectations and made what could be a complicated experience into something very simple. There was no pressure to accept anything I was not comfortable with, and David answered all of my questions with easy to understand answers. When we were trying to sell my property that had an HOA with some complications, David knew how to mitigate the issues and who to reach out to to make it easier for potential buyers. The marketing was incredible, and David reached out for feedback from every single showing. David was able to sell my property while other units that were available before mine hit the market, are still up for sale months later.
