I have to share that my experience here was far better than I thought it would be yesterday. When I called they were able to get me scheduled as a new patient the very next day and I did not expect that at all. Two other offices that I called (because they were closer to my home) had a 3 to 4 week wait to get in. The office staff were all professional and even smiled. Any question that I had was immediately answered. I absolutely appreciate Dr Moncayo's honesty about the facility and my patient care. She did an excellent job at tending to my reasons for being there and explained things clearly to me as well. My blood draw was painless. As a self pay patient the costs were reasonable. I even decided to make this facility my new primary care provider since I have relocated to the area. Everyone there seemed to get along and the communication between doctors and staff appeared effortless. I do recommend this facility for healthcare needs.
