The team was opening a manhole inside my plot limit So I have questioned them who are they and why is this being done without any permission or information ? Their answer was:- (They can do whatever they want and nobody can question them. ) Is this how they train their employees? Nobody answering landline And if I ask them who is their engineer or who’s their foreman the people say they will not say and they’re telling me if you want to go and find out this is totally not acceptable. Is this how the team is trained to speak to clients?

NCC have been dealing with an "emergency" from Dubai Municipality for 5 days, outside my house. They have blocked my parking and diverted traffic from Al Wasl Road right outside my door. My 6 year old daughters have nearly been hit by cars twice. During this "emergency" NCC have worked for less than 2 hours a day and do not work on weekends. I have offered to fix the "emergency" myself as NCC do not seem to think it's important. They are lazy, rude and unprofessional. Dubai Municipality, if you are reading this, they are ripping you off, I could have fixed your "emergency" faster than NCC.
