The office was not honoring their initial agreement and he felt that because he paid some services out-of- pocket, they were suggesting procedures that were unnecessary to get more money. So, I searched for another dentist office using our dental insurance app to find Dr. Martin among others. When I called to let them know the situation and asked for a second-opinion consultation, the office scheduled him within two days. They asked for the records from the last office and e-sent their application to my husband. We arrived first thing but we had to wait on the other office to email scans. While they waited on those, they got us back. They examined him and talked him through options.The office ran the insurance coverage and all. We understood everything. What would have cost my husband nearly $2K will only be several hundred and is scheduled one month later. But we had been promised almost a year ago with the past office. Dr. Martin has been an answered prayer for us. Thank you, Dr. Martin and staff.
