My driver was so wonderful 😍 I was having a bad day! I was moving to a new city I just had a lot going on! But he was so friendly and welcoming and he went out the way for me! I really appreciate 🙏 💛 him I wish I could remember his name! But he was the handsome tall African American guy with the long dreads! He is definitely a people's person and he takes his job very seriously! I will definitely be using this service if I have somewhere to go in Lafayette! And it only took them 12 minutes to come get me ❤️ 😍!

Top Notch Service! I was at LFT and tried to get an Uber for 30 mins without any luck. Called the local cab company and they hung up on me once and then said it would be 30-40 mins before they could help. Called Need a Ride LLC and they answered immediately, provided clear and concise customer service over the phone and had a comfortable van to pick me up within 3 mins. Driver was very professional and courteous as well. Offered payment by cash or card and provided a paper or digital receipt. In the future they said I could pre book to and from the airport as well. I will definitely use this group again.

This is my first visit to Lafayette. Need-a-Ride's Mr. Marcus represented all the wonderful kindness and courtesy one expects to find in Louisiana. He was a safe driver and knowledgeable about all the best finds in the area (especially the great local cuisine).
