I am very satisfied with the product quality, but extremely disappointed with the Indore office team. They initially assured us that the site would be handed over within 45–60 days, but it actually took more than 4 months. During this time, they rarely responded to calls or messages. At the time of signing the documents, they were very polite and made big promises. However, once the contract was signed, their attitude completely changed. The staff was unhelpful, gave misleading information about material colors, and did not allow any changes once approvals were given. Overall, my experience with the Indore office team was highly unprofessional and frustrating. I strongly advise others not to get misled by their discount offers, as customer support and service are completely lacking.
