I really enjoy the care here, both my son and I are patients here. I dont love the scheduling office, they call me and insist I need to go on about an issue for insurance billing that ive already been in twice for and when I get there the doctor doesnt know why im there and I didnt either, i dont love wasting gas or time and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Then they sent me a letter saying they've been trying to reach me about my kids therapy refferal which they haven't, when I call they once again have no idea what im talking about and its difficult to try and coordinate care here. The clerical office workers are too far removed from the actual care setting that they really have no clue whats happening and its poorly coordinated and us patients are suffering for it.

The Dentist only seemed to be inclined on cleaning and filling my teeth and not interested on a plan for straightening them either with partial or full dentures "covered by my insurance". I'm 47 and it's a mental health issue I've been dealing with and it just felt like my visit was a waste of time. Dr. Bright seemed to not be aware of the coverage I have as well and what it covers.

Sarah Fishbein refused to prescribe my life saving medication and demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of human morality. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I do not understand the bad reviews. I had a great first experience. From front desk to my nurse Paige and my doctor. Absolutely wonderful, everyone. Thank you for all you do!!
