I was in the market for new roof because my roof was in bad condition. I had been looking on the internet for roofing companies or roofing grants. Can you believe in the next two days a gentleman came knocking on my door name Dakota. Dakota is truly an asset to your company. He was professional, friendly and eager to help get my roof done. He treated me like a family member. He give me a step by step of what would happened including the turn around time. Dakota kept me in the loop on everything. I ended up asking alot questions, he express he was here to help while having a great attitude. On August 21th my husband contacted NELA Roofing because on the 20th storm caused damage to our garage roof , We had tree removed leaving huge holes ( of course we knew that would happen) on Monday Aug 25 our Insurance adjuster came out- Nela guys came out Tuesday the 26th (2men) who stated they would tarp the roof , but kept asking if we heard back from the insurance company which just came the day before. As we all know there is that dreaded wait time. The men left to get tarp but called and said their bosses CC wasn't working and they would be back in 24 to 48 hours ..So it took them 5days to come out and as of today Aug 29th they HAVE NOT BEEN BACK nor PHONED US. 5star Company? I don't think so. We got it tarped with another Roofing Company yesterday ( Thursday Aug 28th 2025) before the storm came through. Bad communication, lack of motivation of roofers. Do better NELA ROOFING *Pictures are of damage before tree removal but you can see we needed something to cover and protect to not have further damage.
