I had a great experience working with Nelson PM as an investor. They have a very capable team of professionals that specialize in every step of the buy / renovate / rent out process. I took an initial call with Ben who gave me an overview of their team and philosophy. I then worked extensively with Matt who helped me find the right property to buy. Matt was awesome. He vetted all the properties that were good candidates to buy, visited them in person, took pictures and provided honest and direct feedback on whether or not it would be good to buy. Matt communicates well and has a good eye for what house would be good from both the tenant’s and the investor’s point of view. Matt found a great house and helped us close the transaction. He then helped with marketing and placed a qualified tenant (Matt did all the showings and tenant screenings). I also want to thank the rest of the team - Shane for overseeing the repairs and Alicia/Troy/Agnes for answering my many questions. Overall it was a smooth experience! Look forward to continuing the partnership for many years to come.
