I’ve had nothing but problems with this company. I didn’t think I was paying big bucks for pain and aggravation. After taking a long time to rent, I had my place professionally cleaned and they said that they sent their cleaning people in and sent me a bill for $250. I’ve been trying to get that money back because no one went in and did any work after my people cleaned it. I’ve been dealing with such incompetence and passing the buck kinda of people in this Mickey Mouse company they call property managers! I asked for the top dog, Ahmed Ibrahim, and all I’ve been getting is avoidance and empty promises. I call and he’s in meetings all day or he’s off sick. I would never refer this company because they are nice and ready to work for you until you sign, then they have the control and have no urgency in renting your place and when they do you have to pull teeth to get everything they promised. One star is even too much. It should be a negative rating for this company!
