I want to make a shout out about Nestwell's Carlos S and Katie F! Both are exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in their roles as walk through/showing guides of properties. Neither of them made me feel like they had somewhere else important they could be. They stayed with me as I took my time viewing everything that matters to me in the units I toured. Carlos is attentive and has a good memory of things that are discussed during the walk through. He also is great with communication via text and professional as a rental showing guide. THANK You! Katie is full of positive energy and tons of knowledge about Nestwell, the properties, and the local area. She didn't rush me while checking out all the details of the unit and gave me a clear understanding of the move in and and out process when Nestwell is your landlord or agent. I felt super lucky to interact with her as my showing guide! THANK You! Both of them treated me as an equal and didn't pressure me into making decisions. They answered all my questions and listened to what I said I'm looking for. Interacting with them in their roles has been a treat! Thank you!

Karen was great to work with. She let me tour the property virtually with any questions and concerns and answered most questions respectfully. She said she will keep in contact with maintenance and staff and letting me know what the process will look like. I liked that she was bilingual and easy to talk to. Property needs some TLC.
