WORST experience of my life. Steamed cleaned carpets, scrubbed everything, etc.The house was in better condition than when we moved in. PMI kept our deposit and charged us $100.00 3 weeks after moving out to replace a 9 volt battery in a smoke detector. Claimed professional steam cleaned carpets had to be redone and had to hire a cleaning company to re-clean property. All lies, PMI will say anything to keep you money. STAY AWAY...

I lived and owned my condo on Willowbrook Hill condos in Provo for over 30 years Our condo management has gone to countless companies. I personally never had any problems with any of the companies that managed us except with PMI RELIANT> Ever since they fired the last company and hired PMI RELIANT things have gone from bad to worse. They ignore complains and the place is falling apart, the grounds are full of trash and to have a dead rat removed from the grounds where children were playing, it took me paying someone to do it, because otherwise it would have been left there disgusting all of us and a health hazard to those kids. Some of us are starting to wonder if the hiring of this company was done in a case of "Friends and family type of deal" YOU SIGNED UP FOR THE JOB, DO IT OR GET OUT! I have posted this a while ago and as bad as it was then it is worse now. Some of the homeowners I have been talking to are also puzzled as to why every time the replace a management company, they get an even worse one.

They do a phenomenal job at being completely unresponsive. If you are looking for someone to not get back to you through email or phone when you have an actual issue this is your go to company. Please use this company if you would like to lose money.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LAURIE. Truly unfortunate that I cannot leave 0 stars. This company is a wreck. Well, to be clear, Laurie is an absolute joke. Incredibly unprofessional and a complete liar. We were in the process of renting a home from pmi that Laurie was actually the occupant in. She claimed the home was professionally cleaned by their most detailed cleaner. Numerous lies about cleaning and condition of the home etc etc and we were done. Multiple times we had the property owner sneak onto the property, spraying Roundup into an area we intended to use as a garden. No fewer than 6 times someone came into the home when we were not there during the first week. After changing the locks, things outside would be moved, or gates left open. Laurie lied directly to our face over and over. Hung up on us more than once. The condition of the home was absolutely f#*$&@g deplorable. I could go on and on and on, but I digress. The company has "good" reviews in general. I beg everyone who is considering renting from pmi to read the worst reviews and expect that as the future moving forward. It has been 12 weeks since we spent 11 days cleaning our a&&#s off, then deciding that the constant arguing about the condition of the home and the lies were too much .... And that it would only get worse... Still to this very day, we get emails claiming we are late on rent and that we need to sign our tenant application... It was a terrible experience. RUN!!!! She claimed it was professionally cleaned. Carpets too. What do you think? See pics.
