Customer experiences
My wife has had a lot of health issues this year. I went with her her to this Nevada comprehensive pain management. She was seen by Shannon. It very very wonderful person. Like I said my wife had a lot of health issues and seen many many doctors and they all made her very uncomfortable and would not listen to her and would not get anything done. Shannon, the total opposite for she has compassion for her patience. My wife felt very comfortable with her and you made me very happy to see her being comfortable. My wife said she wished all the rest of the doctors were like her. My wife had a lot of issues to talk to her about. She helped her out with every one of her issues. Too bad the world did have more people like her. Great. Best of the best
I never even got to go to my appointment due to their office being arrogant and unwilling to assist in any way with my doctors referral. After going back and forth for over a week, I've just decided to go with a different pain management doctor. Not worth the hassle and the attitude. I wish I would have looked up their reviews before trying to go there
the worst experience we had started from front desk, doctors also call center. they has been alot of daily prescription, aproval for further treatement, and for medical records. after witting longer for further treatment they don't even inform you got approved. when you go the office nobody gave you accurate information all I hear is "i don't know". in mean time my husband has been suffering for pain up 9. alot to say.......
I finally left NVCPC after about 5.5 years due to insurance change, but even if it had not changed, I would have left for another pain management facility. I finally got date(s) and follow-ups for my spinal injections. After waiting 3 months, partially due to my life issues (my mother's caretaker and my mother both passed away) and partially due to the fact that they had no appointments available at the time I could finally come, I went for my appointment. I was seated, in my gown and all my belongings in the bag they provide, and was being triaged for the procedure. Then I was waiting to get my anesthesia, when I told them "Remember I can't take ********, I have seizures from it!" They then told me that they ONLY use that particular anesthesia and recommended I TRY IT or do the injections without anesthesia...neither of which I was going to do. I told them to forget it and I got dressed and left. You would think that the PA, when I told her IN THE OFFICE that I couldn't take that particular anesthesia, would have told me that is all NVCPC used. All the months of waiting and spinal pain could have been avoided. I'm sure I would have found another pain management provider by then. What a waste of time and energy!
