I was very apprehensive about reaching out for mental health treatment, but the scheduling was so smooth and welcoming it really made me feel comfortable. In particular, when I called to schedule my appointment Jayleen very patiently answered all my questions and concerns and worked to find an appointment that was most convenient for my job schedule. I can't remember a more seamless intake with a medical office.

I personally had a really great experience with my Psychiatrist DR. Dr Angela Rupp, she's been able to medicate me well and help me manage my anxiety as a young girl managing her 20's. I've noticed a severe life improvement as well afterwards and even after having my personal life crisis and loosing so many of my jobs the bill manager representative Angelica was there for me and was able to make my life so much more easier after assisted by her. She was very attentive to me through email as well through phone in helping me figure out easier payment methods. Without her i wouldn't be able to continue being seen by Dr. Angela Rupp.

Dr Pordal has been an incredible psychiatrist and I’m truly grateful for her care. She always takes her time with me and makes me feel like I genuinely matter. I never feel rushed and she consistently shows how much she cares about my health and overall wellbeing. During times when we were adjusting my medications, she regularly checked in on me which made such a difference. Her office is always available when I need assistance and her medical assistant has been wonderful as well. It’s rare to find a provider who combines skill with this level of compassion and support. I’m very thankful for her.
