This was one of the best experiences I've had with a medical office in years. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I was able to get a next-day appointment, and the check-in was quick and effortless. Dr. Laroche was knowledgeable and very approachable. The treatment I received was delivered with compassion and expertise, which is unfortunately rare these days. I was genuinely surprised to find such caring, capable and efficient treatment in today's medical system. Other facilities should absolutely take note, this is how patient care should be done.

I was very pleased with my experience at the office with Heather Roden today (Nevada Ortho and Spine). I was able to be seen immediately for an urgent problem that happened over the holiday weekend. Everyone at the office was kind, patient and knowledgeable. They verified my insurance, helped me with my forms, and made the whole appointment so much smoother and easier. Ms. Roden was thorough, attentive, and I really appreciate that she took her time to make sure that I understood all of my treatment options. I am definitely hopeful now, instead of dreading future appointments. Thank you!

While visiting Las Vegas, I went to this orthopedic urgent care after a significant shoulder flare up. I train hard and frequently, and one night I slept on my shoulder wrong which triggered what felt like an arthritis flare. I was miserable and my wife convinced me to get it checked out. Ashley Harrington was my practitioner and she was excellent. She ordered quick X rays on site and identified the issue right away. I was clear that I did not want to rely on medication. She listened carefully, respected my concerns, and worked within those limits. Instead of pushing prescriptions, she gave two targeted injections into my shoulder to calm the inflammation. She was steady, careful, and precise with the injections. The whole process was professional and efficient. She also told me no lifting for two weeks. That is not easy to hear when you train consistently, but I respected her judgment. She focused on healing and long term recovery. If you are in Las Vegas and need prompt orthopedic care, I would recommend this location. I don't trust doctors as a whole, but intrust her.
