From the moment I walked in, the staff and owners (Kelly and Laurier) made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Sherrie, was my trainer, what an absolute gem! Her knowledge and passion for fitness are unmatched, and I've still been practicing everything she taught me. The results speak for themselves—my physique has never been better! Sherrie isn't just an average trainer; she's a beautiful soul dedicated to helping others make positive changes in their lives. Great gym with wonderful owners. They seem to be working every hour it's open and really care about the gym and your experience. Lots of cardio equipment on the mezzanine overlooking the weight area. DBs go up high enough (140lbs) for everyone and 2 sets of all the lower DBs up to 50lbs. Wide variety of weight machines, cable equipment and free weights.

This place is definitely the best gym I've ever been to. Great atmosphere, the owner is incredibly nice and helpful, and the machines they have are great! They have an excellent selection of machines all solidly built and kept in great shape! I would definitely recommend visiting here for anyone looking to get some real strength workouts in!

Over the past 35 years, I have had memberships to around 8 different gyms in the east side of Ottawa. New Body Demensions is by far the best out of them all. To start off everything, I mean everything is always clean and in its place. The management is caring and considerate. You're greeted with a smile . Including most all of the members are also kind respectful. I've never had an issue sharing equipment with anyone there. In fact I'm a returning member. After spending a few years there I switched gyms twice and New Body Demensions was so much better in so many ways I returned. This time Im there to stay . Even if I need to travel a little longer I will be willing to do so because of the atmosphere and the benefits I experience there each and every time. I strongly recommend anyone to at least try it out for a short period, and you will soon see what I mean. See you there .
