They really know their stuff. They are really helpful and stock the best fabric in terms of quality and style. Go there for inspiration and help. I get lost in their fat quarters selection (in a good way!)

A fabulous shop and very helpful, polite staff. They were so welcoming and helpful, even though I know next to nothing about fabrics. Very patient and kind. This will be my new 'go-to' place. Yes, you can get cheaper things online, but you don't get the service like you get from New Forest Fabrics. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Bought a Jenome sewing machine via the website. Was very competitively priced, which included delivery to Bristol. Customer service was second to none, Sue sent a personal email on receipt of my order to thank me for my order and outlining delivery details, right down to how it would be sent & what day to expect it ! She the updated me once posted with Parcel Force tracking info, and it arrived on time as promised. Probably the best service I've received from anyone for years. Many thanks to Sue, would recommend whole-heartedly.
