2 pediatricians, and one dentist couldn't find out why the kid had bad smell from her mouth. Waste of time, money and trust. A new pediatrician in Mauldin found the Tonsil Stones. It was so easy to see them..... So sad. What happened to this doctors today????😢😥😥😥😥

Doctors are kind and smart, facility clean but the problem lies with trying to get medicine after it is prescribed! The phone system will not let you talk to anyone, you have to leave a message and they are suppose to call you back. One week later and 4 messages and I still can't get medicine due to authorization wrong and insurance waiting for their response! Hopefully I will get the right medicine today or tomorrow? This is so aggravating! Edit: No diabetes medicine still! Almost 3 weeks later..... finding another doctor office that will answer their phones!

Made an appointment to get Nexplanon removed. Got 6 reminders (eventually had to tell them to please STOP reminding me). I came in, paid for the appointment, and the nurse then called me in from the waiting room. She opened the notes on the computer (I saw them too and they explained I was here for the nexplanon removal. The nurse said that she couldn’t understand because this dr does not do removals. I was “like why am I here then? “Well you need to be a patient to receive a referral.” She told me that must be why. I explained I was told several times over the phone and specifically made sure this appointment would be the one where it was removed. I wanted a refund. I go to get one and they don’t want to give it to me “well you saw the dr, I don’t know what you want us to do” I DIDNT meet the dr. I met a nurse. And I was LIED TO . I had to put up a big deal over my refund (it’s not even about the 15$ it’s the moral of it, I’m not gonna be taken for an idiot) They want your money and that’s it. Don’t trust anything any of them say.
