I’m one of those people that has always been skeptical about therapy and relied on just talking myself through things. After an initial consult with Andy, I started to have a little bit of an open mind. It felt like I had just talked to a friend. I started going weekly and I always look forward to it. I’ve learned so much about how to approach situations and reframe my thinking, all without the clinical jargon. Andy always managed to pull advice from an insane amount of knowledge and experience, and would always check and see if it was resonating or not, which made the hour long sessions so much more impactful. If you’re considering therapy for yourself or for couples counseling, I highly, highly recommend him. A good human being!
