We placed an order for two garage doors on June 13, 2025, and gave a deposit for half of the project. We sent an email on 8/05/25 to follow up on the status of the order and left voicemails with no return calls. After many calls and emails later, we finally received an answer on 8/15/25 that the doors have not even come in. They told us that the doors would be in and installed on 9/5/25. That date came and went and we still had no doors and were told a couple different stories as to why they weren't installed. We finally had enough and requested a refund on 9/24/25. They told us they would get us a check for the deposit paid. We waited and waited and waited and had to reach back out to find the status of the check. The owner Dan was refusing to give us our deposit back, and his wife Christie told us she would give the deposit back. We did receive a cashiers check for partial of our deposit that Christie had to get out of her personal account. She told us we would receive the remaining in a check the next week. We ended up using a different garage door company, ordered the doors, and have had them installed all while we are still waiting on getting our remainder of the deposit refunded from Newman's. I would highly recommend NOT using this company for any of your garage door needs.

Had Newmans out to fix a roll up door in our barn. Showed up extremely quickly and took care of our issues fast and super reasonably priced! Will most definitely use again!

Very helpful people! I called 15 minutes before they closed looking for parts, and they made sure I got them same day at a fair price! Highly recommend this business as they are fair and honest people!
