Due to unfortunate circumstances the screen of my fiancé and I's laptop broke. It's a touch screen laptop and we were worried that getting the screen replaced would mean that the laptop would never really function the same again. We just got it back today and we're so impressed with the result, you would never know the screen had been replaced. The touch functionality is perfect, Gav did a fantastic job and for a surprisingly reasonable price. If we ever have any tech problems in future this is where we'll be going. Newport computers are helpful, communicate well, work fast and do an overall great job at an affordable price, I can't recommend them enough.

I can’t recommend Gav of Newport Computers highly enough. His determination to help you is unwavering. The poor man has dealt with 4 days of me messaging him almost constantly whilst he has tried everything possible to fix my Mac... after we’ve decided I’ve been sold a duff (and refusing to take a penny from me because of his “no fix no fee” policy), he is going to return it to the eBay seller for me, which has helped my stress levels (!) so much after finding myself £500 out of pocket with a dead Macbook. He’s patient, understanding, friendly and professional and I massively recommend you let him help you with any tech problems.
