We recently worked with Newwest Travel for our baby moon and I can not recommend them enough. I came to them with specific criteria: travel under 12 hours, near the ocean, safe, low risk of zika, good healthcare and relaxing. Jason and Kari-Lynn had great suggestions! With their help, we decided to travel to Greece. We loved it! Every detail was so thoughtfully planned. The hotels were beautiful and the transportation/ transfers were so smooth. Not only did they meet all of our criteria, but they managed to keep everything under budget without compromising on the experience. It was the perfect balance of adventure and rest, exactly what we needed before welcoming our baby. Thank you for making it so easy and memorable! We will definitely be using them again.

My wife and I met Dennis while on an excursion in Punta Cana. He had really sold us on NewWest Travel. I believe he believed in what he was saying. Specializing in group trips and experiences. Our experience has been polar opposite of the picture Dennis painted us. We wanted to book a group trip to Mexico for our ten year anniversary. When we reached out initially, we worked with Melanie. She was very timely in getting us a quote. After that we heard nothing. After a few phone calls and emails, we had a response saying Melanie did not work there anymore and Kari-Lynn would be our contact. Her communication was and is non existent. She failed to maintain confidentiality. No help at all. In the end we had half our group book with a seperate travel agency. We never had any contact about our flights changing or pricing changing. If we had left it up to Kari-Lynn, we would have no idea what's going on. Our payment was due last Friday. Again, no contact at all. No one from our group has heard anything from NewWest Travel. I am failing to see what benefits we have recieved by using NewWest Travel. Using a travel agent in the past, we have had great experiences. We expected support, we expected someone to look out for us and our group My concern now is if something changes again, or if there is a problem with the flights or lodging. Can we rely on Kari-Lynn or NewWest Travel for support? I do not have confidence in them.
