Update as I sit in the Apple Store.. 8 months ago I brought my 12 pro max in for repair.. Apple says battery is bad and they won’t repair as this store stripped the screws inside! I thought nextgen tried to fix this phone but apple won’t even attempt as they messed it up so bad!!!!!phone was original fixed here.. sadly few months later I guess something on it went nextgen told me it was the motorboard.. They “tried” to help but they don’t repair MB. I give them credit for working with me.. Just disappointed with this as they broke a good phone! Paid to get a phone fixed a battery replacement and Apple looked at the phone and said this battery is bad just looking at the back of the phone they fried my phone! Broken pro max I can’t even trade in.

Franky was amazing! He didn’t give up on my and my computer until he got it fixed. His customer service is top noch and he got a computer that I thought was gone back to work for me again. Go visit his place! It’s awesome

Young man that I talked to was clueless about the silent battery recall that Google was having on its pixel 6A phone even after I told him that my phone had qualified online.
