Just wanted to add to the positive feedback for Round Room. We are renting a house and have rented multiple places in the past. Finding a good management company in the Boston area has been spotty at best. These guys have been super responsive, always follow up, have basically resolved every maintenance request we've had. They are the main reason we decided to renew for another year. We don't generally post reviews, but felt it was important to recognize Round Room.

After a recommendation from a friend, my roommate and I reached out to Round Room to find an apartment. Our past experiences with realty companies in Boston have been either poor or neutral, so the amazing service we received from Lauren Santilli at Round Room was amazing! She was so quick to answer any questions we had, or find out the answer if need be. She walked us through the application process for the apartment we wanted, made sure we were the best applicants for the place, and even came to show us the apartment in the middle of a rainstorm! We are so happy with our new apartment and will definitely be recommending Round Room to our friends who are looking for apartments. Thank you, Lauren!

My partner and I have been searching for an apartment in the Boston area for a little over a month with no luck with other agencies. However, Gabriel was amazing at understanding what we were looking for and going above and beyond to find us an apartment within our budget that met our needs.
