Nick Hundley was a literal God send and is now my realtor for life! He was patient and informative as we navigated finding my first home, listened to all my needs, and never pressured me, always working within my budget. He took the time to explain things and answer my many questions, guided me through each step from search to closing day! He was also very responsive, always returned calls/texts in a super timely fashion, and really worked hard throughout the negotiation stages to get me not only a fair price but a steal of a deal on repairs and such! The home buying process felt daunting when I first started, but after starting to work with Nick, it became much easier! He was a calm, steady presence! Working with him felt like working with a friend who had my back and allowed me to relax! He is also a man of integrity, and I cannot recommend him enough! Wish I could give 10 stars because I would!
