MarkThis large Wal-Mart needs to be visited for at least 4 hours, and it is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. every morning. Suitable for people who like to go shopping
Meg3/21/25 11PM- The mixed/ black manager with curly hair of Lauderdale Lakes location came over and yelled at me for sifting through sale rack while waiting in line to checkout, he said I have to stand 2 feet closer to my cart or he’s NOT CASHING ME OUT? The line went to the women’s section sir? I had $500 worth of stuff. The same manager sent another older male who works as door guy all the way over to registers on the other end of the store to yell that I wasn’t putting food on conveyor belt fast enough, the girl in front of me wasn’t moved or finished paying. I could only move as fast as Wallmart would let us…do better than keeping one register open on a Friday night and thinking the solution is to yell and bully your customers. Thats no manager with leadership qualities, harassing customers then sending others to do the same. Threatening to not cash me out if I didn’t stop touching the shirt and stand closer to my cart. Couldn’t get any lower of a “manager”.

I visited this location looking for a Shark vacuum, but many employees cut me off mid-sentence and seemed unwilling to help, displaying a rude attitude. However, Nneka from the Vision department took the time to assist me in searching for the vacuum. Even though the store did not have it in stock, their kindness and professionalism stood out. Nneka truly deserves recognition for their excellent customer service.
Scott VTypical Walmart experience. The store is dirty merchandise always out of place. You can never find a price on something if it’s not on the shelf the staff could care less about helping customers. They just ignore you. The hot deli food is always cold and stale like it’s been there for a week. The only reason I went here was because I had a $25 gift card. I will not bother going back. It’s like taking all the worst from target and Aldi and wrapping it up in one. no thank you!
