Dalton Lopez was amazing. He helped find the best car for us, a Nissan Rogue we love it. this is our second vehicle from Nissan of Lawton. They are always considerate and courteous if you need a vehicle I would recommend Nissan of Lawton ask for Dalton. He is wonderful. He will help you find what you need if you don't already know which vehicle you want. The finance dept is very helpful and gave us all the information we needed no secrets explained everything to you in detail. I give Nissan of Lawton and Dalton Lopez a five star.

I always receive top notch service from all departments I have ever had to deal with sales, service, and parts. I want to highlight one particular department and person I have had most of my dealings with. The service department is where it all matters to me why because they don’t forget you after you make a purchase. I have had multiple issues with a leaking pano roof on my Nissan Pathfinder. Every time I took my car back to figure out what the issue was Alex in the service department always reassured me that they would get it fixed and they did!!!!! This matters because when you buy a new car and make that big investment it can be stressful when it has issues but the great customer service and reassurance goes a lot further than some realize. Alex in the service department NEVER GAVE UP! and got my vehicle to where I could enjoy it in confidence again! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE “AFTER MY PURCHASE”! This service department is the best when Alex was out the other service representatives gave the same great service THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Honest Review (Apologies in Advance for the Length) Before I begin, I want to share two important points for context: - I absolutely hate going to car dealerships. - I almost never write reviews—about anything. That said, Nissan of Lawton is, in my opinion, the standard that other dealerships should strive to meet. After my son’s car suffered a catastrophic engine failure, we urgently needed to find a used, reliable replacement. I contacted Nissan of Lawton and spoke with Dakota Gaines (Sales Consultant). I explained our situation and what we were looking for, and within 10 minutes he had already texted me several options that perfectly matched our needs. There was no pressure to upsell, no constant calling or texting just straight forward, respectful communication. From test drive to leaving the dealership with my son’s vehicle took roughly 2.5 hours, and honestly it may have been even less. The difference was the environment. My wife and I felt completely at ease—talking and joking with the sales staff, finance team, and even the General Manager. It was unlike any dealership experience I’ve ever had. Everything was streamlined, everyone was genuinely friendly, and there was absolutely no back-and-forth or games. One thing that truly stood out was their pricing integrity. The price listed is the price you pay—no “internet price” gimmicks. I’ve been to multiple dealerships in the Lawton area ready to buy at the advertised price, only to be told that the online price was “for the most qualified buyers” or just a tactic to get people through the door, followed by pressure to upgrade for an added cost. Nissan of Lawton does not operate that way. Listed price = final price. They also have an open-door policy, which speaks volumes about their leadership and culture. We were able to walk directly into the General Manager’s office and personally thank Mr. Damon Harris for the outstanding experience his team provided. Overall, Nissan of Lawton is a well-run, welcoming, and truly family-oriented dealership. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go
