Jennifer Zapalac was great to work with when we were relocating to Houston from out of state. Prior to living in Houston we had lived in smaller college towns, so there were just so many more options for us compared to past home searches. Jennifer worked with us as our plans for type of home and location shifted as we saw houses and learned more about the city. Brooke helped us on multiple real estate transactions when we decided to look for a lot to build in Bellaire. She was awesome to work with, cared about our needs and helped us to find the perfect lot. She also helped us sell our old house and unexpectedly negotiate a lease agreement when a client approached her with an inquire to lease. She could have not brought this to us because it cost her a commission but she acted in our best interest. We leased our house for a year and then put it back on the market and she helped us sell it and we got more money than if we had tried to sell it the prior year. Overall awesome to work with and I highly recommend!
