If you are looking to establish care at a dentist or want to change to a practice that genuinely cares about you, you absolutely need to work with Dr Allert and her team at NW Portland Dental. The entire team is very welcoming, professional, and happy to help. I’d like to give a shout out to Alexa at the front desk who is super sweet. She went above and beyond with my scheduling as a new patient. I didn’t want to wait for 6-8 months at other practices and I was able to get an appointment days after doing my intake forms. Dr Allert has exceptional bedside (chairside?) manner and is focused on making sure you’re comfortable. She explained each procedure and process, the reason for it, and offered to take breaks in between. I was able to share all my concerns with her and troubleshoot through each of them. Her patience and compassion really stood out to me. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the NW area. Cherry on top is that the location is very easy to get to if you live in NW (walking, close to bus stop), and there’s even parking!
