We highly recommend Yellow Kittee for their exceptional service. Our initial phone call and in person meeting with George and Masayo, was extremely thorough and clear; they genuinely wanted a detailed understanding of our kitty's behaviors and routine. We were away for 2 weeks and Masayo visited twice daily, emailing us photos and detailed updates, which brought us much reassurance. She even made an extra visit on one evening because she was worried about the heat and wanted to make sure our kitty was ok. We so appreciated her care and concern. Masayo went above and beyond to look after our baby and our home. We feel truly grateful to have found this amazing company.
We found YellowKittee (Masayo) last year through our friends who had great experiences with them. And we feel so lucky to have found them! :) Our two kittens love Masayo! One of them is usually shy around strangers, but even at Masayo’s very first visit for consultation/introduction, she came out and warmed up to Masayo immediately! We really appreciate how reliable, communicative and accommodating Masayo is. Even when we need to ask her for extra things to be done, she always follows our instructions. And she sends us detailed daily updates with many pictures of our cats so that we could have our time away with peace of mind! We can always trust her to take great care of our cats. We had Yellow Kittee look after our cat twice now, and we really couldn’t be happier. The initial visit was super straightforward, they gave us some helpful tips with regards to preparing the flat for when we are away, and even for two visits a day, they are surprisingly affordable. The updates were really reassuring, our cat loves both Masayo and George, and we will definitely book with them again the next time we travel.
