A DWe highly recommend Yellow Kittee for their exceptional service. Our initial phone call and in person meeting with George and Masayo, was extremely thorough and clear; they genuinely wanted a detailed understanding of our kitty's behaviors and routine. We were away for 2 weeks and Masayo visited twice daily, emailing us photos and detailed updates, which brought us much reassurance. She even made an extra visit on one evening because she was worried about the heat and wanted to make sure our kitty was ok. We so appreciated her care and concern. Masayo went above and beyond to look after our baby and our home. We feel truly grateful to have found this amazing company.

Normally I'm very nervous leaving my cat for more than a day or two, but the daily updates and pictures they sent us were very helpful to ease our minds so that we could enjoy our vacation. Masayo was very attentive to our cat's needs and provided helpful updates and pictures of his overall mood and status. She also played with, brushed, and pet our cat so that he felt loved while we were gone. We came home to a happy and safe cat. We're incredibly happy with this company, and its clear they hire very thoughtful and caring pet sitters.
