They killed both of my grandparents by running tests that were not needed. Medical negligence is just the tip of the iceberg. Horrible bedside manner. Lazy nurses. They lie on their website and claim the waiting time is 13 minutes. Sure, they’ll get you back quickly to check vitals and ask what the concern is—but that’s the same protocol as actually checking in. The only difference is a blood pressure check. Then you’re sent back to the waiting room for three hours before being brought into an actual patient room, where you’re expected to repeat everything you already told the receptionist and the “nurse” who put the BP cuff on you and asked what medications you’re on. Whoever is running this hospital should be ashamed. For a community with the amount of money we have—sitting on the largest gold composite in North America—we deserve far better than this excuse for a medical facility. If you’re having a heart attack, you are genuinely better off driving to Salt Lake City than calling an ambulance here. Most likely, they’ll just life-flight you to a real hospital that actually knows what it’s doing. Doze it down, build an airstrip, and give us Elkoans the medical care we deserve. Its an urgent care with fancy machines. THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE.

I have just had two procedures at the hospital, and I just wanted to share how happy I was about the service that I received. The first was a ct scan and my wait time was very short. I was in and out of the procedure within thirty minutes. The second was an infusion it took 20 minutes, the infusion department is very professional I had no bruises and I appreciated everything they did for me. The hospital is a great place. Case management helped so much through this process. We are so lucky to have this facility in our town.

Mammo Glam is truly a healthcare spa experience. From the personal greeting, the delightful refreshments, the concierge who escorted me to Radiology, the heated robe, and the warm and caring staff—the whole experience was just remarkable. I work at NNRH and had heard about Mammo Glam. So I knew the drill. Or I thought I did. This was absolutely stunning, exceeded all expectations! It was a great experience…yes, even though it was a mammogram!

The NNRH Mammoglam was Awesome!!! Truly the best mammogram experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, making it a comfortable experience from start to finish. The robes, goodie bags, appetizers, etc made each of us feel so special! Thank you for putting on such a great and meaningful event!
