I've been here for Primary Care for a year, but I'm switching to another place. I'm thinking St. Mary's since it's in the area and has better reviews (unless they don't apply to people like me). Major problems at Hopes: 1)You have to call at 8 AM on the dot to schedule anything, and you still have to wait in the que and could get hung up on. 2) Your PCP takes forever to respond to one message, like a refill, and you have to borderline harass them to get an answer. 3) Sometimes they charge your copay higher than your insurance bills it. Good things about Hopes: 1) The staff have been respectful to me, because they deal with the bottom barrel of society everyday so I fit in. 2) There's a needle exchange, and there's free Narcan in the newspaper box outside the hospital.

Good services available. Great doctors on staff. Fast medication refills. The only big negative is that their answering machine says "Nevada" incorrectly. Please fix.

This location specifically, front desk will pick up the phone and not speak, they will quietly hang up if you do not. No worth calling when they’re always gossiping and laughing while patients are waiting to be seen.

Positive experience at this office as an HIV+ individual. Front desk staff are always kind, though the wait times can take longer even if you’re early. They have walk in appointments for blood work too
