Northtown Pharmacy

I accompanied my sister to this pharmacy on 10/24/25 to pick up her medications and speak to someone about her Medicare plan. I had never been inside of this pharmacy but she is a frequent customer. Pharmacist and tech were present but no customers inside or at the window at the time. My sister walked to the counter and then took a seat. We waited but was never greeted or acknowledged. I asked what she was waiting for and my sister went to the tech to inquire about her RXs. She dryly said the Pharmacist was checking. The Pharmacist never greeted or said a word to us during the visit. LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! As much money as she has to pay for her medications and it's obvious they know her, I feel was was a bad representation of this establishment. I would not do business with anyone that treated me this way, black or white. She has other choices. I recommended her to chose a pharmacy closer to her home. Even when the Pharmacist came out to receive some packages, he didn't acknowledge us. Prescription drugs are expensive enough without being devalued. Take your business were you are appreciated and not tolerated.

Incredible service from incredibly kind people! They provided their expertise at my church’s health and wellness fair. Northtown Pharmacy are dedicated to their craft and very personable to those in the surrounding community. Excellent work!

I enjoyed the staff and service at Northtown Pharmacy. This is the best feeling to walk into a business and feel the proper treatment. My expectations were beyond met.
