Was referred to a psychologist at this clinic for a psychological evaluation, she started asking completely unrelated and very graphic sexual questions despite repeated requests for her to stop or at least explain the relevance (which she couldn't). I filed an official complaint and never recieved any follow up that action was taken or even an apology for the incident from either the psychologist or the clinic. Looking back as an ex-patient of many years this was very normal for Northwest Primary Care's standard operating procedures - just ignore any and all problems or mistakes and hope they go away silently on their own.

I only stay with this clinic because the two Primary Dr. Ive had are amazing and actually listen to me and their nurse that works closely with them are very thoughtful and thorough. Shout out to Honeyrobbins and Anna Tubman, they get 5 stars. But scheduling is a nightmare and at times have to walk in. Phones always give a busy signal and or really long hold time. There is always new staff at the front desk every time I have my next appt 3 months apart and they look miserable in the short time they started as well as hearing them complain about being at work or complaining about a person. Very unprofessional. I get we have our off days, but very rarely will a new worker actualy be friendly and helpful. Id love to work the front desk, but no clue how to apply so I could help with the busy phones with a posative attitude and not have to message the nursing staff to help me schedule. I've been going to this clinic since my teens. Its nearly impossible to find a good doctor that actualy listens to you and understands and doesnt just throw just any medication your way. Personable and honesty is what I enjoy while my healthy is being taken cared of as if its their own concern as well.

Nothing like discovering how much ptsd you have around establishing a new doctor. I called clinic and they wouldn't schedule me with the doctor of my choosing, Dr. Zhang in West Linn, because my insurance shows expiring on July 31st and the appointment would have been August 8th. I tried to explain to them that it's because my insurance is in a trust through the union I work for and will always do that from month to month, but they wouldn't listen to me. They then told me I had to go with a doctor that could fit me in before July 31st, thus forcing me to establish with a doctor I know nothing about. The last time I let a clinic do that I was placed with a horrible doctor and was treated like total crap. I refuse to have that happen again. Which is just one of many reasons I have ptsd around even going to the doctor let alone establishing a new doctor. Mind you, I did ask the clinic if I called and told them I had no insurance would they then book the appointment for August 8th. They said yes, but because they know I have insurance they will only let me come in during the month it is good for. So I then said, what if I scheduled an appointment as noninsured and then came in with insurance, would they bill the insurance and not force me to pay at the time of the visit except for the copay? Again, yes, but because I do have insurance now I have to come in during July, or call back on August 1st to see if I can get in with the doctor I want to establish with in August, who, by the way, is booked out for a month, so I would run into the same issue of my insurance saying it expires at the end of August and the doctor not having an appointment until September. They absolutely refused to see the viscous cycle they were perpetuating and literally had zero care that I was crying and pleading with them to understand the amount of ptsd I was experiencing in that moment surrounding the situation. By the way, I did put a call into the trust who is in charge of my health insurance about the expiration date and they just called me back and confirmed that it does indeed roll over month to month because that is how it's set up. So it will always show expiring at the end of every month. Any clinic that will treat a potential new patient so poorly over insurance is not a clinic concerned about their patience, but instead a clinic only concerned about their bottom line. I obviously dodged a bullet by not getting into this clinic. To Dr. Zhang, this has nothing to do with you, and does not reflect on you. Do better!

Was a paitent at this clinic for 10 years. They don't accept Medicare or medicad patients anymore. We were removed from the clinic for being on it for a month when my husband was between jobs, which we explained. I'll take my buisness elsewhere. Disappointed in the direction this clinic is going.
