First thing is standing at desk not being acknowledged, second said my eye policy was void. They said they called me but never received phone call, third when I called back to give her updated policy, Amber was very Snippy and Rude to me on the phone. My husband and I have been coming here for years and have always had outstanding customer service... this was not a good experience. Dr Lee was wonderful but staff at Dr's back office definitely need some customer service training.
This store made buying my glasses a wonderful experience. Each associate and doctor took their time with me. They walked me through the process and didnt just say go pick out something, as many other stores do. They also had amazingly low prices compared to others. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them!
Best experience I've ever had updating my eyeglass prescription!! And THE NICEST and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE Optometrist I've ever met. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out the door, I was very happy with each and every staff person I met. And the selection of frames was excellent. I am actually EXCITED to get my new pair of glasses. And the pricing was very reasonable. I not sure if it's because I have better insurance this time, but I've had to pay a ton more in the past.
